The 3rd Annual “Diamond Cup” Award Architecture Elite

Richmond, BC — On the morning of May 10, the 3rd Annual “Diamond Cup” Award Architecture Elite event was successfully held in the city of Richmond, British Columbia. The judging panel featured prominent figures including Tarlok Sablok (Developer and Builder from Notray Public SOYPS), Kevin Pan (Architect from Fraser Health), Jacques Granadino (Director of Registration & Licensing at APEG BC), and Mr. Yuanzheng Chu (Executive Chair of the 5th and 10th terms of the Canadian Chinese Community Federation).

Celebrated as the “Oscars of Canada’s Construction Industry,” the Diamond Cup aims to recognize outstanding enterprises and individuals in the field of architecture and construction, applauding their remarkable achievements and contributions to Canadian society. Like the previous two editions, this year’s event has drawn widespread attention since its registration opened, receiving strong support from all levels of government and the broader public.

Hosted by the North America Architecture Industry General Chamber of Commerce (NAAIGCC), the event attracted over 40 participating companies and individuals from across the architectural design, construction engineering, development planning, material distribution, and sales sectors. The expert jury panel — comprised of senior officials from provincial and city-level planning departments, municipal councillors, industry experts, scholars, legal and tax professionals, and real estate leaders — conducted a systematic, multidimensional evaluation. The review process focused on design innovation, project concept, construction quality, marketing strategy, and business performance. After thorough discussion, the winners were selected through anonymous quantitative scoring.

The award ceremonywill be held on the evening of May 25 at the River Rock Casino Resort. Honors to be presented include the Diamond Industry Leadership Award, Diamond Award, Gold Award, and Silver Award. The NAAIGCC hopes this event will serve as a catalyst for enhancing brand recognition, building consumer trust, expanding business opportunities, and supporting the long-term development of architectural enterprises and professionals across North America.
